Lansing, MICH., March 31, 2020 — Lambert & Co., a leading strategic communications firm with offices in Lansing, Grand Rapids, Detroit, Phoenix and New York, today named Kristin Combs as its political director.
Previously, Combs served as the manager of fundraising for the firm’s public affairs division where she was responsible for spearheading political fundraising strategies. In this new role, she will provide strategic consulting across a wide variety of political and issues management initiatives for the firm’s public affairs clients.

With more than 20 years in politics, Combs’ experience ranges from local ballot initiatives and millage proposals to state legislative races and recalls. Before joining Lambert, Combs helped execute policy and campaigns as Executive Director for the House Republican Campaign Committee. She also worked with the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Michigan House of Representatives and the Michigan Senate.

Its seasoned political advocacy team specializes in fundraising, public policy initiatives, campaign finance and strategy, coalition development and grassroots advocacy. Combs holds a Bachelor of Arts in political theory and constitutional democracy from Michigan State University.
