Caroline Luz manages the development and implementation of communications strategy and message development for high profile domestic and global private equity and real estate clients, including Gryphon Investors, The Halifax Group, Harvest Partners, Pharos Capital, Rockpoint Group, Rockwood Capital, Tritium Partners, and Vestar Capital. Her responsibilities include handling M&A transaction announcements, maintaining relationships with financial and trade media, advising on crisis communications related to plant closings, layoffs, management departures, lawsuits, strikes and other tumultuous situations, and creating communications strategies for portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Owen Blicksilver Public Relations (which was acquired by Lambert) in 2002, Caroline was Director of Public Relations at the Breast Cancer Alliance in Greenwich, CT, where she ran marketing communications (including newsletter, annual report, Benefit Journal) and media outreach. Earlier, she wrote web content for New York-Presbyterian Hospital and for ABB. She began her career at New York-based corporate and financial public relations firm Adams & Rinehart.

Caroline has a B.A. in English Literature from Yale University, was a Fulbright grant recipient, and earned a certificate in oral and written French from the Alliance Française in Paris.
