With more than 25 years of experience working with some of the most recognized consumer brands in the country, Adam Scholder serves as Managing Director of the firm’s consumer division. His leadership and track record for delivering award-winning, cutting-edge integrated campaigns that produce results are integral to the firm’s business-to-consumer (B2C) initiatives.

A passionate brand consultant, Adam’s experience stretches from corporate communications, executive branding, and positioning to crisis communications, event and experiential marketing, and influencer seeding. Beyond his extensive background in marketing and public relations, Adam is skilled in employee communications, operational management and business development. He has led growth campaigns across multiple influential global brands, including McDonald’s, Molson Coors Beverage Company, Beam Suntory, Reynolds Consumer Products, PepsiCo and T-Mobile.

Before Lambert, Adam was a partner with a global consulting services company leading the agency’s consumer work in their Chicago office. In addition, he has held roles in account management with notable marketing and public relations agencies servicing local, national, and international clients in food and beverage and consumer goods. He has led teams to prestigious awards like PR Week’s Agency of the Year and Best Consumer Agency in the World. Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana University.

Fun Fact: A passionate fan of live music and sports, Adam has attended more than 300 concerts and was in the stands when Cal Ripken, Jr. broke Lou Gehrig’s record for most consecutive games played (even though he’s a lifelong Mets fan!)
