Managing Director, Sales & Marketing

Kimberly Hoyle serves as Managing Director of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for building the firms client base and overseeing the agency’s marketing strategy. Kimberly works closely with the firm’s practice group leads to ensure Lambert’s voice, strategy, and brand is consistent when bringing on new clients.

Kimberly has 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business growth leadership, and most recently worked for Metro Consulting Associates as Director of Business Development where she led the firm’s growth strategy for its land development and municipal services. Other prior experience includes Strategic Marketing Lead for global design firm NORR and Director of Business Development and Marketing for Detroit-based architectural firm Hamilton Anderson Associates.

Kimberly is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Detroit Chapter’s Programs committee and in 2018 she was a Crain’s Detroit 40 Under 40 honoree. Kimberly earned a BBA degree in Marketing and a BA in Japanese from Eastern Michigan University.
