After a year of rapid growth, Lambert continues to thrive, maintaining top talent
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – May 30, 2019 – Celebrating more than 20 years of growth and success, Lambert & Co. continues to reach new heights, announcing five promotions across its Detroit and Grand Rapids offices. As the largest PR firm in Michigan, Lambert recruits and maintains some of the industry’s top talent. Those promoted in the first quarter include Sawyer Lipari to senior director, Darby Dame to senior associate, Drew Hall to analyst, Tonie Wells to associate and Michelle Connell to director of accounting.
Sawyer Lipari was promoted to senior director in Lambert’s Detroit office. Joining Lambert after moving to Detroit from New York City in 2016, Lipari established herself as a fearless and insightful resource. She has delivered results while taking on increasing levels of responsibility, proving herself to be a playmaker even when tasked with highly complex and challenging responsibilities.
Darby Dame was promoted to senior associate in Lambert’s Grand Rapids office. She started at Lambert as an intern and became a full-time employee in 2016 after showcasing her talent, resourcefulness and team-based attitude. Dame has secured high-profile media placements, coordinated major influencer campaigns and serves as an innovative thought-leader for Lambert and its clients.
Drew Hall has been promoted to analyst in the Grand Rapids office. Hall joined the firm in 2018 and has worked on innovative companywide projects as well as executing tactical work on public and private equity clients. Displaying the company’s core values, he has succeeded through his playmaking, tenacity and cleverness.
Tonie Wells was promoted to associate in the Detroit office. Becoming a part of the firm in 2018, she demonstrated growth and the desire to learn in all areas and across all accounts. She is a go-to resource across the firm, supporting accounts with client communications, event management and media relations.
Michelle Connell has been promoted to director of accounting in the Grand Rapids office. She joined the team in November 2017 and has been instrumental in leading client billing, preparing financial analysis, and performing general and day-to-day accounting work for the firm. Connell additionally plays a significant role in the company’s software implementations and processes integration during acquisitions.
