Grand Rapids, Mich., Nov. 4, 2014 – Lambert, one of Michigan’s top-ranked public relations agencies and the state’s largest investor relations firm, announced today that it was named one of Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness™. The Best and Brightest in Wellness™ awards symposium is the premier program that honors companies and organizations that recognize and celebrate quality and excellence in worksite health promotion.
Lambert’s wellness program is used as a culture builder, recruiting and retention tool, and even a business development tool. The firm offers Zumba and Yoga classes on its rooftop deck, which are open to clients, vendors, partners and the general public. Through the program, Lambert has seen a net decline in body mass index, including two employees who lost more than 40 pounds each.
