The duo will be responsible for strategic growth initiatives to attract and cultivate major clients across industry sectors on behalf of Lambert and its family of companies, which includes:
- TiiCKER – fintech startup linking individual investors to public companies and their brands through perks, content and free trading

“Both Sarah and Karen bring extensive sales and business development experience to the firm,” said CEO Jeff Lambert. “The landscape for integrated communications and capital markets is rapidly changing, and our clients continue to face challenges that Lambert can service in-house through our family of companies. Together, Sarah and Karen complete a formidable engine that will help accelerate the firm’s growth and global reach.”
Serving as vice president of sales, Smith brings over a dozen years of business development, strategic planning and integrated marketing experience. She joins Lambert from Olympia Entertainment and The District Detroit where she launched and executed brand partnerships, designed innovative marketing campaigns and worked alongside c-suite leadership to drive key business objectives. Prior to that, Smith was instrumental in growing key accounts with Gannett/USA Today Network, a trusted advisor to CEOs and CMOs, with Crain’s Detroit Business, and a Marketing Director for a national professional service firm.
“I am excited to join the Lambert team and help drive aggressive growth strategies for the firm and its connected brands,” said Smith. “The status quo just doesn’t work for me; I enjoy getting in the trenches and solving problems, and at Lambert, I can do just that. Whether its sourcing one of our talented professionals, our clients or database of thousands of trusted sources around the world, I have confidence we will deliver truly effective business outcomes for our partners.”
Keller brings a balanced financial and marketing perspective as director of sales and a focus on Lambert’s capital markets and investor relations practice. With more than two decades of experience in investor relations, banking, marketing, sales strategy and corporate communications, and a previous stint at Lambert as a director within its investor relations practice, her return to the firm aims to leverage her experience in helping grow client rosters for Lambert and TiiCKER.
“We have a team of highly intelligent and dedicated financial communications professionals, and I am honored to showcase their talents and award-winning work,” said Keller. “The tenacious culture and teamwork at Lambert are key motivators—making it easy to introduce our team members and unique service offerings to clients and prospects.”
