DETROIT — Lambert & Co., one of the nation’s top public relations and investor relations firms, has been recognized for its demonstration of allyship in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives by the Diversity Action Alliance and Ragan Communications.
As a top-40 PR firm nationally, the agency is driven by its core value of Allyship, which encourages its team members to recognize and celebrate diversity and inclusivity. Committed to creating spaces to foster social consciousness and an empathic workforce, the firm has launched supporting initiatives such as an internal speakers series, diversity training, open forums and more.
The Diversity Action Alliance recognized CEO Jeff Lambert and Director of Marketing Cierra Mangal for their allyship and inclusivity efforts throughout the past year. Mangal was recognized as a 2021 Young Champion for her leadership and execution of firm-wide DEI initiatives, and Lambert was recognized in the Outstanding DEI Champion – Ally category for his support and for launching AMERICANTBREATHE in 2020, a 501(c)3 organization and investment fund benefiting minority-owned businesses and nonprofits supporting the marginalized in our community.
