Who We Are

What Makes Us Different?

The U.S. journey of LLYC began in 2015 with the opening of its first office in Miami. In less than a decade, the company tripled in scale, expanded coast to coast, and built an integrated platform that combines Marketing and Corporate Affairs.

A milestone came in 2024 with the acquisition of Lambert Global, the largest transaction in LLYC’s history. This move positioned the U.S. as its second-largest market, bringing together nearly 130 professionals across Miami, New York, Washington, D.C., Grand Rapids, Detroit, St. Louis, and Phoenix. That same year, Jeff Lambert was appointed U.S. Executive Chairman and Mike Houston U.S. CEO.

Now as ONE LLYC, with expanded capabilities and a unified culture, there is a shared responsibility: to respond boldly to the forces that are defining business today.
