For nearly 20 years, Mike has led sales, marketing and operations at organizations owned by private equity while also leading communications strategies for private equity funds and publicly traded companies. He brings a balanced financial and marketing perspective to the firm, with experience in investor relations, marketing, sales strategy, product development and corporate communications. He provides strategic counsel to Lambert’s internal teams and clients on topics ranging from M&A, ESG, portfolio company communications and proxy contests. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance from the University of Utah.
For 30 years, Jennifer has developed public relations programs for prominent private equity firms. She has held various leadership and communications roles with Owen Blicksilver Public Relations (acquired by Lambert in 2018), KPMG LLP, Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Morgen Walke Associates and Principal Communications (part of Grey Advertising/GCI Group). Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from SUNY College at New Paltz.
Caroline brings over 30 years of communications experience to Lambert. Along with strategic communications planning for M&A transactions, she has spearheaded crisis communications related to plant closings, layoffs, management departures, lawsuits, strikes and other tumultuous situations. Before Lambert, she held various leadership and communications roles with Owen Blicksilver Public Relations, Breast Cancer Alliance, New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Adams & Rinehart. Caroline has a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Yale University, was a Fulbright grant recipient, and earned a certificate in oral and written French from the Alliance Française in Paris.
Lisa is a two-time Effie-awarded communications leader with 20 years of experience providing financial communications and strategic positioning counsel. She has deep experience helping clients shape their image, communicate effectively and guide the narrative in many challenging situations. Before Lambert, Lisa held various leadership, marketing and communications roles with Owen Blicksilver Public Relations, BroadPoint Communications, Grey Advertising, DMB&B (now Publicis Groupe) and DDB Worldwide. Lisa has an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a bachelor’s degree in English from Clark University.
