Managing Director, Talent & Culture

Nicole Webb-Elder serves as Managing Director of Talent & Culture and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to support Lambert’s employee community. Nicole leads the firm’s organizational strategy and design, leadership and employee development, change management, human resources compliance, and initiatives to enhance the “employee experience.”

Nicole has over 25 years of experience in human resources across multiple industries, company sizes and work environments. Prior to Lambert, she worked for FordDirect as Senior Director of Human Resources where she strengthened and enhanced the department’s services with an emphasis on increasing employee engagement. Other prior experiences include Human Resources Director for Levy Restaurants and Human Resources Senior Manager at Alliance HealthCare Services.

Nicole holds certification as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society of Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in human resource management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management.
