Senior Director, Talent & Culture
Lisa is Lambert’s Senior Director of Talent & Culture. Her responsibilities at the firm include developing strategy to help recruit and retain top talent, create programming to help foster a coaching culture and “meta performance™” that consists of accountability, training and support.
Lisa joined Lambert from a national management consulting firm, First Perform, and previously worked for a large Chicago-based healthcare company as an HR business partner. She is especially adept in developing and implementing talent strategies; career pathing and professional development; and administrative support for payroll, benefits and labor compliance.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Michigan State University and is a Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certified.
