Jeff Schoenborn has more than 20 years of investor relations consulting and in-house corporate experience, providing strategic communications counsel on matters including executive leadership changes, governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, restatements and other accounting issues, adverse media coverage, litigation and government investigations.
Jeff is currently serving bank clients ranging in assets from nearly $3 billion to more than $38 billion, and he has worked with publicly held firms with market capitalizations ranging from under $100 million to more than $80 billion to execute ongoing investor relations and financial media relations programs to achieve corporate objectives and secure full and fair valuation for their shares. Prior to co-founding Casteel Schoenborn, Jeff served as SVP, corporate communication and investor relations at Travers Collins. Previously, he served as a director responsible for financial communications at Accenture (NYSE: ACN), an associate director of business and financial communications at Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY), and as a director in the financial practice of the global consultancy Burson-Marsteller, all in New York City.
Jeff earned his BA from Michigan State University’s School of Journalism and his MBA in finance from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a longstanding member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
