Jeff Schoenborn has more than 25 years of investor relations consulting and in-house corporate experience, providing strategic IR and communications counsel on matters including executive leadership changes, governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, restatements and other accounting issues, adverse media coverage, litigation, regulatory enforcement actions and government investigations.
Jeff provides IR advisory services to publicly traded banking, financial services and financial technology clients, as well as special situations counsel to corporate clients across a range of industries. He has worked with publicly held firms with market capitalizations ranging from under $100 million to more than $80 billion to execute ongoing investor relations and financial media relations programs to achieve corporate objectives and secure full and fair valuation for their shares. Jeff joined Lambert through its acquisition of the IR firm Casteel Schoenborn. Previously, Jeff served as a senior vice president in the investor relations practice Travers Collins, a director responsible for financial communications at Accenture (NYSE: ACN), an associate director of business and financial communications at Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY), and a director in the New York financial practice of the global consultancy Burson-Marsteller (now BCW).
Jeff earned his BA from Michigan State University’s School of Journalism and his MBA in finance from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a longstanding member of the National Investor Relations Institute and NIRI’s Senior Roundtable.
