Amanda joined Lambert in November 2014 as a member of the Detroit office. As a Director, Amanda provides public relations and communications strategy to the firm’s growing list of automotive, mobility and manufacturing clients. With nearly 10 years of experience representing B2B and consumer-focused companies in corporate and agency settings, Amanda specializes in strategic client counsel, corporate communications, media relations, social media management, and event planning.
Leading some of Lambert’s largest automotive accounts which include the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), Spartan Motors, Continental Automotive, and more, Amanda plays an integral role in the firm’s automotive and mobility practice. She serves as the PR and Social Media Manager for NAIAS and helps lead the 2020 format transition. Additionally, Amanda provides onsite media relations and communications support for clients at NAIAS.
Prior to joining Lambert, Amanda served as the Public Relations Specialist for U.S. Army Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) where she focused on the Army’s ground combat vehicle fleet and research and development for the facility. She was also a member of the small team tasked to develop the organization’s first-ever 30-year strategy.
Amanda earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and marketing from Saginaw Valley State University. She is a mentor to at-risk girls in Detroit’s Public-School system through Women of Tomorrow, a graduate of Inforum’s NextUp leadership program, as well as a member of Inforum and the Automotive Press Association.
