As Lambert’s Corporate Marketing Director, Andrea Eberle is focused on developing and executing marketing strategies that bolster firm awareness, expertise and credibility by elevating the firm’s body of work, its people and culture.
Andrea is a business-savvy growth marketer with 20 years of experience in branding, product development, communications, and operational leadership. Her resume includes a successful track record with high-growth startups, global corporations, and publicly traded companies in the life sciences, animal health, financial, A/E/C, and consumer markets.
Before joining Lambert, Andrea was the Marketing Manager with civil engineering firm Metro Consulting Associates where she spearheaded the firm’s brand positioning and marketing department turnaround to drive strategic growth plans. Before that, she severed as Director of New Product Commercialization with Zomedica, a publicly traded animal health company where she led a team responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of new product and service launches. She also was the lead marketer responsible for ground-up marketing operations, brand identity, membership engagement and industry/donor communications for the University of Michigan Max Harry Weil Institute for Critical Care Research and Innovation (formerly the U-M Center for Integrative Research in Critical Care).
Andrea is Pragmatic Marketing Certified through the Pragmatic Institute and holds a BBA with concentrations in marketing and economics from the University of Michigan-Flint and AAS in photographic illustration from Lansing Community College.
