We were chosen to provide strategy and public relations services, crisis management, media relations, employee training and internal and external communications services for this HUD agency.
- Reviewed and updated SLHA’s brand.
- Created a new style guide for the website and various print and digital assets.
- Trained SLHA employees in media outreach, storytelling, MBTI assessment, the use of social media, and customer service.
- Producing “how to” videos for residents on a variety of topics for social and website use.
The St. Louis Housing Authority required assistance to outreach to their employees, tenants/clients, landlords and stakeholders. Lambert streamlined the process for dealing with calls from the media. We instituted a resident newsletter and have provided guidance on a variety of issues from an internal communications perspective, in addition to developing and conducting training, and revised their brand style guide and updated their website copy.
