Lambert started by creating a social media calendar with posts to help drive awareness and attendance. The innovative posts were strategically designed to highlight the experts attending, the overall event and the unique aspects about AGBT. Lambert’s video producers created pre-conference videos with interviews from international and award-winning experts. In addition, our producers created multiple videos during the conferences to showcase the event for those who attended and highlighted key points to ensure attendees would come back and tell their colleagues to attend. Social media was also a key component for all AGBT events. Lambert focused the social media on brining the event to people who could not attend, while also driving interest to increase social media following, sharing and the use of the AGBT hashtag.
