UV Angel’s technology is complemented by a proprietary data analytics platform that delivers critical insights and strategic advantages to leaders in healthcare, food service, corporate, education and many more industries.
PROJECT
UV Angel designs and develops patented ultraviolet light (UV-C) technology to neutralize bacteria, viruses and fungi in health care settings and other environments. Lambert started working with the company in 2019 to support its PR, branding and marketing efforts, and drive awareness and sales in health care, transportation, and other markets. When COVID-19 spread beyond China, we proposed an aggressive media relations and thought leadership campaign to position UV Angel as national experts in pathogen control. Simultaneously, we accelerated the development of marketing materials and product collateral as the company began fielding inquiries from federal and state officials, hospitals leaders and more.
TACTICS
- Pitched national media and major regional publications in COVID-19 hot spots
- Positioned the company’s chief science officer as a national expert in pathogen control and the spread of viruses like COVID-19
- Generated marketing and business materials, including brand guidelines, logos, instruction and installation manuals to support sales conversations
RESULTS
- Landed media coverage in major national outlets, including USA Today, Fox News and Business Insider, as well as large regional publications like the Detroit Free Press
- Generated more than 290 million media impressions and more than doubled month-to-month activity on UV Angel’s website, including a spike of 700 unique visitors in one day when the company was featured on Fox News
- Directly impacted sales volume and supported the client’s successful efforts to pitch key government leaders tasked with procurement to support the fight against COVID-19
