Mike Houston supports Lambert’s financial communications and investor relations efforts for a wide variety of clients. He brings a balanced financial and marketing perspective to the firm, with nearly a decade of professional experience in investor relations, marketing, sales, product development and corporate communications.
Prior to joining Lambert, Mike served as the vice president of commercialization, leading all sales, marketing, and communications strategies at Amedica Corporation, an innovative biomaterial company that develops and commercializes silicon nitride as a platform for biomedical applications. Additionally, he was responsible for the company’s product development, clinical, and business development efforts.
Mike also previously managed the investor relations activities at Ancestry, the global leader in family history and consumer genomics. At Ancestry, he led the corporate communications and public relations efforts relating to science and technology.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in finance from the University of Utah.
Mike loves to cycle and ski and has participated in the longest one-day, USAC-sanctioned bicycle race in the country. At 200+ miles, cyclists must conquer three mountain passes that stretch through the scenic terrain of Utah, Idaho and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
