As a director at Lambert, Jenifer Daniels brings more than 15 years’ experience in public relations, strategic communications, and brand storytelling. Jenifer works closely with the firm’s challenger brands and also provides innovation counsel firm-wide.
Prior to joining Lambert, Jenifer identified a gap in the stock photo industry, building and launching the first culturally intelligent (Black, Latinx, Asian, Indigenous peoples, etc) stock photo e-commerce marketplace.
Jenifer, a former university lecturer and a sought-after speaker, has delivered talks on brand storytelling and strategy at TEDxCharlotte, CUNY, IABC World Conference, Charlotte Startup Weekend, and Netroots Nation. She’s a subject-matter expert for SheSource (Women’s Media Center) and has been featured in The New York Times, Mashable, BBC News, and on NPR, HuffPostLive, and SiriusXM.
Jenifer has won awards on her rebranding and digital work with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library (NC) and earned an accreditation in public relations after building their subject-matter expert database.
Jenifer holds a master of arts in public relations/organizational communication from Wayne State University.
Jenifer invests in the women, People of Color, and Detroit; supporting 125+ projects through crowdfunding, microlending, and pre-seed equity investments.
